Service Description

In this course you get 4 2 hour classes and then a 2 hour preparing to feed class….. The classes cover what hypnobirthing is, anchoring, navigating the NHS, birth rights, visualisation, affirmations, breathing techniques, section birth, induction, physiological birth, pain relief, the stages of labour, the 4th trimester, womb to world and honestly I could go on. There isn’t much I don’t cover! You also get my continued support and as a doula, I honestly like to know how you are and to check in, and make sure you have every question answered. Relaxation scripts A preparing for solids course pre recorded class An introduction to baby wearing pre recorded class. A goody bag full of useful stuff to help too! You will be added to a whatsapp group for extra support and I’ll be in there too to give you any help, and once all your babies arrive, coffee morning, local pram walks and general hanging out. Because honestly, community is key to feeing supported, and who can support you better than people there walking the same path as you? As ever payment plans are available and I can arrange these however you like! Just send me a message once you have paid your deposit!

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations can be accepted up until 72 hours before booking. If cancelled after such time no refunds will be issued.
